Masks en Masse

It’s The Great Community “Mask”-erade!

Donate a Mask — Wear a Mask

In these social distancing COVID-19 times, we recognize that a face mask is the ultimate hug we can share with each other!

EastView at Middlebury is coordinating a community-oriented, simple distribution system between area crafters of face masks & our region’s friends and neighbors who need them most – those over 60 and those with compromised immune systems.

Together we can get hundreds of masks onto the faces of our most vulnerable friends during Vermont’s peak COVID-19 exposure time. Please join us in advancing Vermont's STAY SAFE protocol.

Share a hug – Make a mask

Stay home and make face masks by sewing fabric masks or crafting them from other protective materials.

  • DELIVER them to the designated Masks en Masse weather-protected bin outside the main lobby entrance to EastView at Middlebury, which is located just south of Porter Medical Center on South Street.

  • Or MAIL your donation of masks to:

EastView at Middlebury
100 EastView Terrace
Middlebury, VT  05753

Note: A volunteer may be available to pick them up locally, so call if that would help.

Wear your hug – Wear a mask

Wear a face mask any time you must leave your home for essential errands or travel that brings you in close contact with others.

EastView is pleased to be coordinating this important initiative, collecting wonderful community-generated masks, collecting names and addresses of those who will most benefit from this needed protection, adding postage and mailing them out. We’ll keep you posted here on the number of masks we distribute. Our gratitude to all who participate in this Great Community “Mask”-erade.
