BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

EastView seeks a Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily business activities of Eastview. As a member of a start-up team, this individual will have the opportunity to plan and implement best practice business management systems in a manner that combines daily operations with the mission and values of the organization. Duties include payroll, purchasing, and accounts payable/receivable, as well as staff recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and other related functions.

 

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources or equivalent experience; 3 years of current experience in HR and financial management, with strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in employee relations, staffing, client service, regulatory, payroll and performance management; proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook; PHR preferred.

 

 

 

NURSE PROGRAM MANAGER

EastView seeks a Nurse Program Manager to lead our health services team by developing, implementing, and modeling our innovative residential care programs. Through policy development and best practice implementation, the Nurse Program Manager ensures that the daily delivery of services are in alignment with our vision to be responsive to the preferences and needs of our residents and their families. This is a unique opportunity to develop our residential care program from the ground-up, ensuring that it exceeds standards for excellence and quality of care by promoting the physical, social and emotional health and well-being of our residents. Major areas of responsibility include leading and managing best practices in residential care settings in relation to quality of care, staffing management, and federal/state compliance.

This individual will be RN, license-eligible in the State of Vermont, with at least 5-years of supervisory experience in a long term care setting, demonstrating expert knowledge of federal and state regulations for residential care settings. 

 

 

CHEF/MANAGER

The Dining Services Chef/Manager manages the daily operations of a fine restaurant quality kitchen, in full compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines.  S/he oversees the preparation and delivery of all food /beverages at EastView. Operations include the production and delivery of creative, high quality, and appealing menu selections and therapeutic meal programs. S/he will supervise staff in the planning, preparation, and delivery of meals in the main dining room, residential care, and for all special functions.   

This individual will be formally trained in the culinary arts with additional training in hotel or restaurant management. We also require at least two years of directly related experience in dining supervision including service coordination, staff supervision, scheduling, and preferably, therapeutic meal delivery. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
